RETURN POLICY

This Return Policy (the "Policy") governs the terms and conditions applicable to the return, exchange, or refund of products purchased through the e-commerce platform operated by Atrim US LLC (hereinafter, "ATRIM") at www.atrimglobal.com (the "Site"). By making a purchase on the Site, you (the "Customer") agree to comply with this Policy.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

1.1. Products may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

1.2. Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Gift cards.


2. RETURN PROCESS

2.1. To initiate a return, the Customer must contact ATRIM at ventasatrim@atrimglobal.com providing all the information regarding the Product and/or the Purchase and the reasons of the return and obtain details instructions from ATRIM.

2.2. The Customer is responsible for securely packaging the item and using a trackable shipping service. ATRIM is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

2.3. Returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this Policy may be refused.

3. REFUNDS

3.1. Once the returned item is received and inspected, ATRIM will notify the Customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.

3.2. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to ATRIM’s error (e.g., defective or incorrect item shipped).

4. EXCHANGES

4.1. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, ATRIM will issue a refund in accordance with Section 3.

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

5.1. If the Customer receives a damaged or defective item, they must notify ATRIM within 5 business days of delivery by contacting ventasatrim@atrimglobal.com with photos and a description of the issue.

5.2. ATRIM will, at its sole discretion, replace the item, offer a refund, or provide an alternative resolution.

6. CANCELLATIONS

6.1. Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting ATRIM at ventasatrim@atrimglobal.com. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the return process described herein.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida, United States.
