Córdoba City Council: Open to the City.
Designed by Estudio Benito Roggio e Hijos S.A., under the direction of Architect Claudia Córdoba, the project brings together common areas such as the auditorium, the meeting room, and the council members' offices, all facing the city to symbolize their commitment to the citizens. To achieve this goal, high-quality materials and technical solutions were carefully selected, including Atrim’s expansion joints and transition profiles, which addressed aesthetic and functional challenges in large spaces and at the junction of different flooring types. Additionally, the LED lighting, with strips and baseboards from Atrim, added a modern and vibrant touch to the exterior planter, completing a clean and efficient design.

"The idea was to use high-quality elements that would stand the test of time. Atrim provided us with technical and aesthetic solutions that fully met our expectations." — Architect Claudia Córdoba
The collaboration with Atrim’s Projects Department, guided by Architect Verónica Picardi, was key in finding custom solutions that combined design and functionality. This was not the first project in which Estudio Benito Roggio e Hijos S.A. trusted Atrim; they had previously used Atrim’s products in the Howard Johnson Hotels, where the technical support and the quality of the materials proved to be essential.
Simplicity is highlighted through the use of high-quality materials and technical solutions, creating a functional and cohesive space.
